An instant drink with a unique combination of glutamine and carbohydrates that gives the body the necessary help in regenerating muscles while avoiding muscle deficits. A recovery drink helps achieve quality training results and prevents overtraining syndrome, which is sure to be a nightmare for any athlete.
Suggested use:
Add 4 scoops (20 g) to 200 – 300 ml of water and stir adequately. The drink is recommended to be consumed in the morning on an empty stomach or after workout / before bed. Glutamine can be combined before and after workout with creatine, branched amino acids (BCAA), or at any time during the day with a protein drink. Taking together with creatine is particularly advantageous with both substances having a synergistic effect together, glutamine boosting the effectiveness of creatine and vice versa. Try daily dose of glutamine and creatine 30 minutes before and 15 minutes after exercise.
Warning:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not replace a varied diet. Consult a physician before using this product. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
